APPLICATION FEE
Upon submission of an application, the student agrees to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE $250 application fee. This will be billed via USD Student Accounts and should be paid directly to USD.
TUITION
Tuition (3 units) is paid directly to USD. Students will be billed via USD Student Accounts. Tuition payment is due in full 10 days prior to the program start date.
PROGRAM FEE/HOUSING
The program fee is paid directly to USD and students are billed via USD Student Accounts. The payment of these fees is due in full 10 days prior to departure and includes:
Pre-departure advising
Hotel lodging
Site visits
ADDITIONAL ESTIMATED EXPENSES
The following items are estimates of additional student expenses. These additional expenses could vary greatly depending on the individual student's spending habits, restaurant choices, personal shopping, additional weekend travel plans, etc.

INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE
All students participating in a USD-affiliated study abroad program are covered by USD's international insurance policy through ACE/EuropAssist. Coverage includes medical care and assistance as well as security assistance. For more information on USD's international insurance policy, please visit the Health & Safety page.
CANCELLATION POLICY
