Why I wanted to be a peer advisor in the Study Abroad Office: I have
had so many wonderful experiences studying and traveling abroad.  I want others to experience what I have By being a peer advisor, I can encourage other students to study abroad and learn about the world.  I have had some of the best times of my life abroad, and I have learned more than I ever imagined I would.  I believe that these experiences have changed me positively forever. Everyone should have these opportunities that I did.

Best advice for students planning to study abroad: Everything will work out.  Not everything is going to go the way you plan it, but it will work out in some way, so do not waste time worrying.  Be open-minded in everything you do.  You will be put in totally different situations, and it is best to embrace these situations fully.  You will never experience a time like this in your life again, so do not take it for granted.  If you are not sure if you want to try something new, decided to do it.  You will not regret it.  You will only regret the things you decide not to do.
